Being Alive A narrative series on a 32-year-old single guy who is living a very lonely and depressed life in the city of Delhi. He is caught in the post-pandemic meltdown, causing him physical and mental damage. Motivated by his past, he leaves the city and moves to Drass, Kargil, where the average temperature goes below -30 during the winters, to rebuild his mind and body, and find the adventures of life so he could feel alive again. Chapter 1 Set in Delhi, The character is borderline depressed and angry at himself for losing his strength and becoming out of shape. He is frustrated at the city for being in its worst condition. The economy is regressing, the city feels unsafe and broken with a poorly developed infrastructure and there is no clean air to breathe. He seems lost and has no purpose. He then remembers how he used to be super active and adventurous earlier in his life and his connection with war stories becomes a motivation for him to take a plunge and leave the city and move to Drass, Kargil.
